Nestled in the heart of Long Ditton, The Plough & Harrow (formerly The George Evelyn) has been lovingly renovated and its original name reinstated to bring this characteristic pub and lusciously large garden back to its rightful place at the heart of the local community.
A haven for locals, families and those coming from further afield, The Plough & Harrow has undergone an extensive refurbishment to create a cosy bar area with double sided fireplace as well as attractively designed dining areas in a new airy conservatory with glazed doors overlooking the garden and a new garden room with a retractable roof so you can dine al fresco whatever the weather. We also have a fantastic children’s play area so the kids will be thoroughly entertained!
The spacious and enclosed garden area has picnic benches for outside dining and pops of colour and greenery with raised flower beds along with bee and butterfly friendly plants and seasonal herbs. The perfect place to get everyone together and relax over a nice meal and drinks in the warm weather!
We have parking at the front of the pub and, continuing our commitment to sustainability, EV charging facilities along with bike racks.
Why not come in and see for yourself? Bring your dog too! They are welcome in our bar and garden.
